Refund Policy for Sky Living Furniture

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Returns

1.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2 To start a return, please contact us at [skylivingfurniture@gmail.com]. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1.3 If goods are returned for any reason, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the cost of returning the goods to us. Alternatively, we may offer a collection service (available for certain postcodes only) and charge the direct cost of collection.

2. Damages and Issues

2.1 Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

3.1 Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Mattresses (unless faulty)
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards

4. Exchanges

5. Refunds

5.1 Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
